YOU MUST GO TO THE DESIGNATED AREA/THE PARKING LOT -
THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR THIS
AND IF FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION YOU WILL BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY
AND ASSESSED AN ADDITIONAL $250 CLEANING FEE
